Its now no secret that Yahoo will hand over its Search Advertising Operations to Google. According a deal made by these two leaders in Internet world, they will shake hands soon and this might through Microsoft’s offer to take over Yahoo away by a mile. This deal may yield yahoo about $1 billion according to The Wall Street Journal.
The $42 Billion Proposal was first offered by Microsoft on February, 2008 and the deadline is 26th April. To prevent this, Yahoo tied up with its main rival Google.
This is not only the matter of protecting their independence, but also to regain their position back in Internet, said by a Yahoo official.

Yahoo will also test Google Ads for its Sponsored Search Results and this is predicted $1 million revenue for yahoo in one week.
The two companies confirmed those suspicions earlier this month when they announced a two-week trial of a search advertising program. Yahoo has also been rumored to be in talks with AOL and News Corporation for other deals which could raise cash to fend off Microsoft.
